Overview
VLA-215SUB is a subwoofer speaker specially designed for the VLA vertical line array system. It has a trapezoidal rectangular cabinet structure and two of 18-inch bass driver. It is an important part of VLA-215 System.

Description
The VLA-215SUB adopts a direct radiation phase inversion design, uses a computer to predict and analyze the cabinet resonance, and enhances the structure to reduce these resonances, so that the bass appears clean and without cabinet sound. The optimized cavity design makes the speaker volume more compact. The use of long-stroke high-power units, combined with advanced DSP control technology, effectively controls the problems of overload distortion and side beats caused by high-power. VLA-215SUB is called by the predictive parameters of the DSP processor and can be matched with the VLA-215 vertical line array full range cabinets which is simple and quick to assign. The cabinet adopts high-strength “Baltic Birch plywood”, tongue and groove joint technology, strong and durable.
Both sides of the speaker are designed with carrying handles, and the back of the speaker is reserved with mounting screw holes for pulleys, which is convenient for carrying and moving. The surface treatment adopts the Poly-urea spray paint process with better protection and higher wear resistance, which is strong, durable and environment friendly.
The VLA-215SUB can reach a frequency response range of 45-500Hz. The built-in double 18-inch woofers let the VLA-215SUB achieve to 100dB (1Watt@1m) of sensitivity, and the maximum sound pressure output can reach 140dB. Under normal circumstances, VLA-215SUB and VLA-215 can be used together. You can use the exclusive Multi-Grid hanging installation accessories (optional) to connect and install, or it can be connected to VLA-215 separately and placed on the ground to make it satisfy Outdoor concerts, banquet halls, theaters/auditoriums, nightclubs and other diverse venue needs.
